Mackinac Island is home to one of the oldest American national parks, Mackinac Island State Park, which covers more than 80% of the island and is open to visitors all year round. If you love water sports, Mackinac Island boasts great spots for canoeing, kayaking, rowing and sailing, as well as fishing opportunities. If you prefer to stay on land, you can take in breathtaking views on foot, by bike or on horseback along Lake Shore Boulevard, the road that circles the island's entire eight-mile perimeter.

Some of your job duties will be:

• Preparing a variety of foods: meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables and cold food items;
• Preparing sauces, side dishes and more;
• Keeping the work area clean
