Come to the NGB Consulting office to start your Work and Travel program!
These are the steps you need to go through:
- You visit our office, where, together with the NGB consultants, you choose the best and most suitable job offer for you. If you study abroad or find it difficult to get to our office, everything can be done remotely – by e-mail, Viber, Messenger or by post.
- You sign a contract with NGB Consulting. All you need is your ID card.
- Within seven days, you pay a deposit of $150.
- You send us your CV in English, and bring or send a certificate from the university where you study, your international passport and a 5x5 cm photo.
- The next step is applying for the job position you have chosen. Depending on the employer, this can be done in one of two ways: 1. With a CV only, and 2. With a CV and a Skype interview.
- After you receive and sign your job offer, you must pay your second deposit for the Work and Travel program.
- We wait for your DS 2019 form, with which we will book a visa interview at the U.S. Consulate.
- You pay the visa interview fee of $160 at UniCredit Bulbank.
- An NGB Consulting consultant will prepare you for the visa interview so that everything goes smoothly and successfully.
- Once you get your J1 visa, the most enjoyable part of the preparation remains – booking your plane tickets and getting ready for your trip. We can book and buy the ticket as soon as you have a job offer, to get the best possible price, or we can wait until you get your visa – the decision is entirely yours.
- Before you leave, we will brief you on the steps you will go through – from boarding the plane to arriving at your employer and throughout your stay in the USA.
