A true summer experience that takes students into an authentic British boarding school. Applicants aged 14 to 17 with a language level no lower than intermediate (B1) can join.
The course is designed for international students with a relatively high level of English. It includes intensive language courses as well as extended study of the country's history and culture. Each week the study topic is different. Students take part in discussions, workshops and social projects that develop both their language skills and their understanding of their role in society as much as possible. The course is real preparation for students when the time comes to apply to universities and colleges.
To add variety to the program, the organizers have included various excursions and events related to the topic of the week. Classes take place in central Oxford, where participants are surrounded by local peers and can freely practice what they have learned and develop their social skills. The organized events are extremely varied and interesting: sports tournaments, sightseeing tours, museums, theaters, art performances and more.
Every week there are 2 trips to themed destinations such as parks, stadiums, a planetarium, theaters, museums and more.
The price for 1 week is £1250. It includes:
- Welcome and orientation on arrival;
- A one-week language course (20 hours) + study materials;
- Excursions and entertainment;
- Study bags, participant card and participant wristband;
- A certificate of participation at the end of the program.
Accommodation is also included in the program price:
- Airport pick-up and transfer;
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- Insurance;
- Laundry;
- Internet.
The only thing not included in the price is pocket money.
