For all artistic applicants aged 10 to 13 who want to take their first steps in the arts while improving their language skills.
Language tuition starts at intermediate level. Courses are offered at intermediate, upper intermediate, advanced and proficiency levels. The course program includes language tuition, organized trips to various sights, academic courses, entertainment and fun events. Emphasis is placed on grammar, vocabulary, real-life communication, exam preparation and academic study.
Every week there are 2 full-day and one half-day excursions to cultural and tourist attractions in London, Oxford and Brighton, as well as organized visits to amusement parks. In the afternoons there are fun games, sports tournaments and more, where children have the chance to practice the language and develop artistic skills and other qualities.
During the courses, participants can choose different areas of the arts to study. There are music lessons, drama courses and applied arts courses. Each is taught by qualified local professionals who will help participants gain insight into the world of the arts.
The program fee is £1160 per week. It includes:
- Welcome and orientation on arrival;
- A one-week language course (16.5 hours of language tuition + 9 hours of arts) + study materials;
- Excursions and entertainment;
- Study bags, participant card and participant wristband;
- A certificate of participation at the end of the program.
Accommodation is also included in the program price:
- Airport pick-up and transfer;
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- Insurance;
- Laundry;
- Internet.
The only thing not included in the price is pocket money.
