As an ice cream shop counter attendant, participants will be preparing and serving customers' foods and drinks. The food counter attendant may be responsible for some basic preparation of the food. Duties also involve handling the financial transactions related to the food and drink purchases and delivering orders to the kitchen when applicable. This position requires a strong understanding of U.S. currency, and the ability to work a computer-based system and/or a credit card machine.
