After you contact us, we negotiate our mutual responsibilities:
For sterling collaboration and trust, it is required the establishment of a project group on part of the organization, comprised of responsible leaders, sympathizing to the initiative. In response, our team provides help and assistance regarding the problems.
Then, we negotiate the diagnostic phase and expenses related to it. The results are reported to the client and it is discussed whether the project needs to be continued or not.
If any problems are visible, then the next phase is negotiated – measures that need to be taken, what are the desired results, feedback reports, the way of financing.
This process is then repeated until the end of the partnership. The client is not tied to huge obligations, radical changes and great expenses at once, but rather has the opportunity to see and determine the need to continue or discontinue the organizational development project.
What happens after our work is done?
It is a work ethic of ours to provide support even after the completion of the project. Sustaining post-contract relationship with our clients means they can rely on us for support and consultancy regarding unexpected organizational problems or regarding the maintenance of what we have accomplished together.
